Our popular Manhattan plan is a two story, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom barndominium style home. This plan showcases a gorgeous barndominium perfect for family living. The plans for this home are set to our design default for a pole barn or post and frame metal building for wall thickness. These plans may not be up to your local building codes, sometimes required to obtain permits. If you would like to make revisions on our plans and/or brought up to your specific local code, please contact our shop after your purchase for these revisions.
This plan comes as an instant digital download. We provide 24" x 36" physical sets of architectural plans that can be shipped to you for a fee. Please reach out to our team for further assistance.
If you are needing adjustments to the plans purchased, we would be happy to work with you for the customizations. Our revision fee is $300 and allows up to 3 hours of revision time. This time is non-negotiable and applies to all stock plan revisions. Any time above 3 hours will be set at $100/ hour (billed hourly).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, the information our stock plans provide, and digital downloads, once purchased, are final sale. If you are needing changes to the stock plans you purchased please contact our team. We allow hourly revisions to stock plans for a fee of $100/hour with a minimum of 3 hours of revisions. Please review and make sure that the stock plans you desire are what you are looking for before purchasing.
